Apstrakt:Aktivno učestvovanje u kreiranju jedinstvenog iskustva na turističkim događajima,pokazalo je da može pozitivno uticati na sreću i blagostanje učesnika. Sposobnostdogađaja da deluje kao „inkubator promene”, postala je primarni pokretač posete,ali i lojalnosti ka turističkim događajima koji ovu ulogu ispune. Osnovni ciljdoktorske disertacije jeste ispitivanje sposobnosti procesa ko-kreiranja iskustvada, pod uticajem resursa iz okruženja u kome se ko-kreira iskustvo (operand resursa)i ličnih resursa individue (operant resursa), deluje na subjektivno blagostanjeučesnika turističkog događaja mešovitog karaktera i utiče na njihovu budućunameru u vezi sa događajem. Polazeći od relevantnih teorijskih i empirijskihsaznanja, u doktorskoj disertaciji predložen je i empirijski potvrđen model zaispitivanje relacija između prethodnika iskustva, samog iskustva, i ishodaiskustva. Kako bi se izvršilo testiranje postavljenih hipoteza, sprovedeno jeempirijsko istraživanje među učesnicima turističkog događaja mešovitogkaraktera – Games.con. Rezultati modeliranja strukturnim jednačinama metodomparcijalnih najmanjih kvadrata potvrdili su postojanje pozitivnih i statističkiznačajnih odnosa između operant i operand resursa i ko-kreiranja iskustva, kokreiranja iskustva i subjektivnog blagostanja, subjektivnog blagostanja i budućenamere, kao i medijatorsku ulogu subjektivnog blagostanja u odnosu između kokreiranja iskustva i buduće namere. Originalnost i ključni dorinosi doktorskedisertacije ogledaju se u inovativnom pristupu proučavanju ko-kreiranogtransformacionog iskustva i predlaganju modela u kontekstu turističkog događajamešovitog karaktera. Model pruža i praktične doprinose koje organizatoriposmatranog događaja, ali i sličnih događaja, mogu iskoristiti u cilju unapređenjaposlovanja.

Abstract:Tourists' active involvement in creating unique experiences at tourism events has shown apositive effect on their happiness and well-being. The capability of an event to serve as an"incubator of change" has become the key driver of attendance and loyalty. The doctoraldissertation aims to examine the ability of the experience co-creation process to, under theinfluence of the environment in which the experience is co-created (operand resources) andthe participant's resources (operant resources), impact the subjective well-being of mixedtourism event participants and affect their future intention regarding the event. Based on therelevant theoretical and empirical findings, the doctoral dissertation proposed andempirically validated a model for examining the relationships between the experience itself,its antecedents, and its outcomes. In order to test the established hypotheses, empiricalresearch was conducted among the participants of the mixed tourism event, Games.con. Theresults of using the partial least squares method of structural equation modeling confirmedthe existence of positive and statistically significant relationships between operant andoperand resources and experience co-creation, experience co-creation and subjective wellbeing, subjective well-being and future intention, as well as the mediator role of subjectivewell-being in the relation between experience co-creation and future intention. The originalityand key contributions of the doctoral dissertation are reflected in the novel approach to thestudy of co-created transformative experiences and in proposing a model in the context of amixed tourism event. The model also provides practical contributions that can be used by theorganizers of the observed event, or other similar events, in the purpose of improving theirbusinesses.
